Privacy Policy for Last Kilowatt

Effective October 1, 2026. This policy describes the current pre-release Android configuration. We will update it before distributing a build whose data practices differ.

About this game

Last Kilowatt is an offline-first, single-player reactor strategy game. Ordinary gameplay does not require an account or a network connection. Version 1.0 has no advertisements. Full Facility is an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional base-game content.

Information kept on your device

The game saves settings, Blueprints, Research unlocks, achievements, discovered content, Daily Contract history, and limited run statistics in the app's private storage. It also keeps local save backups and your optional analytics preference. Gameplay does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or payment-card details.

Network services and sharing

Google Play handles Full Facility product information, purchases, and restoration. The game receives product and entitlement status, but not your payment-card details. Google's User Messaging Platform may check whether a privacy choice is required and display a consent form or privacy-options screen. This can involve data processing by Google. The Google Mobile Ads software is present for that privacy-options integration, but the game does not display ads or initialize ad delivery in version 1.0. Gameplay analytics is separate and off by default. If a future build configures the publisher's HTTPS analytics service and you opt in, the game may send a random installation identifier, a new random session identifier for each launch, timestamps, app version, and limited gameplay events such as run outcomes and content choices. It does not send the local save, free-form text, payment details, or purchase tokens through that service. You can turn this preference off in Settings. The current pre-release configuration has no analytics endpoint and does not send gameplay analytics to the publisher.

We do not sell player information. This static policy page is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process website requests to deliver it; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Storage, security, and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to your device's backup settings. We cannot remotely access or delete that local save. The game has no account to delete. Google manages purchase records and consent information under its own policies. No publisher-operated remote gameplay analytics storage is active in the current pre-release configuration; if it is enabled for a later build, this page will first be updated with the operator, retention period, and deletion-request process.

Your choices

You can play the Free game without buying Full Facility or enabling optional analytics. Settings lets you change the analytics preference and, where required, open Google's privacy options. Declining either optional choice does not prevent normal gameplay.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, we will update this page and the Google Play disclosures before the changed build is distributed.
